While we do not intend to make changes to our Policy very often, it is always a good idea to double-check when you visit the Site to be sure that you have read and agree with our most-current Policy. Our Policy’s effective date will always be set forth at the bottom of the last page of the Policy. Any change in our Policy will be prospective only. Blue Harbor Fish Co. may also collect and share marketing information related to: (1) the number of persons who open Blue Harbor Fish Co. email blasts; (2) which links and webpages Site visitors access; (3) how long Site visitors stay at certain pages; and (4) how Site visitors got to the specific pages (via advertising, email blasts, online banners, etc.). This information is collected in the aggregate and is not connected to any PII.
By providing Blue Harbor Fish Co. the PII and other information referenced above, you agree that Blue Harbor Fish Co. may use and share the PII and other information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. Sharing of PII and Other Information
Except as noted in this Policy, Blue Harbor Fish Co. does not sell or share your PII with any person or entity outside of Blue Harbor Fish Co. or StarKist Co.

- Outside vendor to send out our email blasts to those Site visitors who have agreed to receive information from Blue Harbor Fish Co. via email (If you opt to receive emails about products and other relevant information from our family of companies, we will share your contact information with those companies so that they can contact you on our behalf.);

Blue Harbor Fish Co. may also share PII or other information in order to avoid imminent physical harm to any person or harm to any Blue Harbor Fish Co. property. Blue Harbor Fish Co. reserves the right to use, retain or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request to protect the integrity of the Site, to fulfill your requests or to cooperate in any legal investigation.
Blue Harbor Fish Co. may share your PII with a third party if Blue Harbor Fish Co. ownership status changes, such as it being acquired. Review of Collected PII/Other Choices
If you choose to delete certain portions of your PII, it may affect your ability to use certain services or elements of the Site.

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older located in the United States. Blue Harbor Fish Co. only knowingly collects information, including PII, from persons 18 years of age and older.
The Site is not directed at, marketed to, nor intended for children under 13 years of age. Blue Harbor Fish Co. does not knowingly collect any information, including PII, from children under 13 years of age. If Blue Harbor Fish Co. learns that any information was provided through the Site by a person younger than 13 years of age, Blue Harbor Fish Co. will delete the information immediately.
Blue Harbor Fish Co. will not use a minor’s PII to market or advertise certain products or services deemed harmful to children.
