Green Goddess Tuna Salad
Crunchy, crisp, cool, and herbaceous, this Green Goddess Tuna Salad is the ultimate dish for adding more greens into your diet!
Ingredients:
2 cans (4.6 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added, drained
2 cups romaine or baby gems lettuce, chopped
½ head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 green pears, diced
1 whole English cucumber, diced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
Ingredients for Green Goddess Dressing:
1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives, tarragon, mint, etc.)
1 avocado, skin & pit removed
1 lemon, juiced
⅓ cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation:
- Prepare the Green Goddess dressing: Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Add salad mixture (except tuna) to a large salad bowl and top with ½ cup of the green goddess dressing. Toss to combine.
- Gently flake cans of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added onto the salad mixture and drizzle with additional green goddess dressing.
