Ingredients:

2 cans (4.6 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added, drained

3 scallions, sliced thin

2 stalks celery, chopped in small pieces

1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

3 Tbsp. unsweetened currants, dried

3 Tbsp. slivered almonds

3 tsp. curry powder

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

⅓ cup Vegenaise® (or regular mayo)

Juice of ½ a lemon

6-8 Radicchio leaves (About ½ head of radicchio)

Preparation:

  1. Add the 2 cans of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added to a mixing bowl and gently flake into chunks.
  2. In no particular order, add remaining ingredients (minus the Radicchio leaves) to the mixing bowl and combine well with the tuna.
  3. Gently spoon tuna mixture onto each Radicchio leaf.
  4. Immediately serve and enjoy!
