Grand Aioli
Take this elegant Grand Aioli platter up a notch with Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon that’s packed with flavor AND nutrition.
Ingredients:
1 can (5 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon, drained (optional: some liquid reserved)
2 cups Shishito peppers
1 head of broccolini, separated
2 heads of baby gem lettuce, leaves separated and halved
1 endive, leaves separated
1 avocado, sliced
3 eggs, hard boiled and halved
6 radishes, halved
6 rainbow carrots, halved
1 package of prosciutto
1 crusty baguette
Ingredients for Aioli Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
½ cup finely minced fresh herbs (i.e. cilantro, basil, chives, tarragon, etc.)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. salt
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 garlic clove, grated
1 egg yolk (optional) (if using, make sure it is from a pasteurized egg)
1 tsp. of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon can liquid (optional)

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425° degrees. Add Shishito peppers and broccolini to a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and flaky salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes until charred. Set aside until arrangement.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare aioli dressing by blending all ingredients together. Set some aioli aside in a nice serving bowl reserved for platter arrangement, leaving a couple of tablespoons in the mixing bowl.
- Place the Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon into your mixing bowl of remaining aioli, and gently toss together. Add to a separate serving bowl reserved for platter arrangement.
- On a serving platter of your choice, place bowls of aioli and salmon mixture in the center. Arrange veggies, prosciutto, and eggs around serving bowls on the platter.
- Once arranged, drizzle veggies and eggs with aioli dressing.
- Serve with small plates and a crusty baguette for a gathering that’ll be sure to wow your guests.
