Ingredients:

½ can (4.6 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added

9 large romaine lettuce leaves

3 slices tomato

¼ avocado, sliced

2 Tbsp. Vegenaise® (or regular mayo)

¼ cup Pepperoncini, sliced

Handful of sprouts

Drizzle with dressing or hot sauce of your choice

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Lay down a piece of parchment paper. Crack spines of romaine lettuce (for pliability) and place on top of your parchment paper, with the ends facing each other in the middle and the leafy ends facing out.
  2. Layer all ingredients in a rectangle in the middle of the romaine lettuce leaves – starting with the mayo, then adding the tomato, avocado, pepperoncini, sprouts, and Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, No Salt Added. Drizzle with a dressing of your choice, and add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Roll parchment paper from one end to the other until wrap forms.
  4. Slice wrap in half and enjoy!
