Ingredients

1 can (5 oz.), Blue Harbor Fish Co® Jumbo Lump Pink Salmon, No Salt Added, drained
2 onion rolls
2 eggs, poached
1 cup cooked spinach
4 tomato slices
4 Tbsp. Hollandaise sauce

Preparation

  1. Slice onion roll horizontally in half.  Top bottom half with 2 tomato slices, ½ cup spinach,  1 egg and ½  the salmon.  Repeat with the second roll.
  2. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce
