Ingredients:

1 can (5 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon, drained

1 small, 8 oz. tub of organic cream cheese

2 Tbsp. pickled red onions

2 Tbsp. capers

1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

1 tsp. smoked Maldon® salt

½ tsp. bagel seasoning (optional)

Lemon wedges

8 mini bagels, cut in half and toasted

Fresh mint, chopped


Pickled Red Onions:

1 red onion, thinly sliced

2 cups apple cider vinegar

2 cups water

1 tsp. salt

Preparation:

  1. Prep the pickled red onions: Place the red onion slices in a bowl and cover them with vinegar. Let them sit while you prep everything else. Place any extra red onions in a large mason jar and put them in the fridge to store.
  2. On a beautiful platter, spread the entire tub of cream cheese over the bottom of the platter.
  3. Then, add the pickled red onions and big chunks of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Pink Salmon on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with capers, dill, and chives over the top of the salmon, and finish with the smoked sea salt and bagel seasoning.
  4. Add lemon wedges to the sides of the platter.
  5. Surround the platter with the toasted mini bagels and garnish with fresh chopped mint.
  6. Dig in and enjoy!
