Move on over butter board - make room for the Tuna Board! Creamy, delicious, and high in protein, this quick & easy snack is perfect for entertaining!
Ingredients:
2 cans (4.6 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, drained
⅓ cup Vegenaise® (or regular mayo)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Juice of ½ a lemon
Optional garnishes: lemon wedges, dill, jalapeño, capers, red onions, etc.
Serve it with: almond crackers, bread, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.

Preparation:
- Start by lightly combining the 2 cans of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna with all remaining ingredients, except the optional garnishes, crackers and vegetables. Careful not to overmix; combine ingredients together well enough for a dip-like consistency.
- On a serving platter of your choice, lightly smooth the tuna mixture onto the center of the platter.
- Add and disperse whichever garnishes you enjoy to the top of the tuna mixture – don’t forget appetite appeal!
- Surround the tuna mixture with your favorite dipping vehicles and enjoy!
