Ingredients:

3 cans (4.6 oz.) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna, drained

8 oz. gluten-free fusilli noodles

¼ red onion, cut paper-thin

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

3.5 oz. jar of capers, drained

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. of pepper

1 cup Vegenaise® (or mayo)

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

½ tsp. chili flakes (optional)

4 stalks of celery hearts, sliced diagonally thin

¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Celery leaves (optional)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes


Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions. Let it cool once cooked. If you don’t have time to cool pasta completely, run under cold water to cool quickly.
  2.  Place the red onions and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and let it sit to pickle while you prepare everything else.
  3. Mix the cooled pasta, capers, salt, pepper, Vegenaise®, Dijon mustard, chili flakes and pickled onions in a large bowl. Combine well, making sure to coat each pasta noodle evenly.
  4. Add in celery and dill to the pasta mixture and combine again.
  5. Using a fork, gently remove the tuna from each can of Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Wild Albacore Tuna and add to the pasta mixture.
  6. Garnish with celery leaves and additional dill if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
