Ingredients:

1 can (4.6 oz) Blue Harbor Fish Co.® Albacore Tuna in Water, drained and chunked

1 can (14.5 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

½ tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

4 Tbsp. prepared pesto

¾ cup loosely packed watercress leaves

1 small (6 oz.) multigrain baguette (or 30 pre-made crostini)

Servings: 30 crostini

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 3–5 minutes


Preparation:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place cannellini beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and pesto in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Slice baguette into 30 pieces and toast under broiler until lightly toasted on each side. Remove from the oven and cool.
  4. Spread each crostini with 1 tsp. bean spread. Top with a few watercress leaves and 1 Tbsp. tuna.
